Constance “Connie” Spearman is a minister, entrepreneur and spiritual coach and speaker Connie has lived her life as a leader in two worlds: the business world and the spiritual realm. As a spiritual leader Connie is driven by a passion and love for God and His word. Her calling as a minister  fuels Connie’s desire to teach, counsel and witness God's Divine word.

Connie is both founder and currently serves as President of the Newma Ministries and the Newma Community Development Corporation (Newma CDC) which focuses on the underserved and forgotten. Through her Newma Ministries, Connie has helped needy families with food drives, fundraisers and other charitable events.

Her Newma CDC provides low cost education programs to those who are unemployed and underemployed and enables them to earn liveable wages by starting new careers. Some of the programs concentrate on people with prior criminal records-- helping them to obtain educational licenses and certificates to maintain a new way of life.

Connie’s passion is to help all people in God’s Kingdom by empowering them through education, training and financial support. These programs give people hope, the chance they deserve and the power to make their tomorrow better than their yesterday.

Connie is also a successful entrepreneur. She owns several businesses in the Pittsburgh area including real estate ventures, Mental Health and Home Healthcare Agency. Her entrepreneurial acuity has earned her recognition in the business world and made her the recipient of many honors and awards celebrating her excellence. Connie says she considers herself to be both a spiritual teacher and an economic empowerment philanthropist.
